Processes

Process modeling is used to create a clear and detailed business process map that allows for a top-down view to diagnose a company’s main business processes, identify weaknesses, role anomalies and main areas for improvement.  The process map takes specific processes within the firm and helps to measure and compare that process’ objective alongside the entire firm’s objective to make sure that all processes are aligned with the company’s strategic objective.
