Entry Company Analysis

Before making an investment, Houghton Street Partners conducts an entry company analysis to identify the real intrinsic value of the investee company.  The firm achieves this by using various financial modelling tools such as a DCF (Discounted Cash Flow) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) analysis, as well as an industry-wide analysis to determine the competitive positioning of the investee company.
