Houghton Street Partners has awarded its first PhD scholarship to Andee Tay at the National Heart and Lung Institute at Imperial College, UK. Andee specializes in clinical medicine, and in collaboration with Royal Brompton Hospital, is conducting clinical research on lung cancer.

 

Along with Dr. Eric Lim from Royal Brompton Hospital, Andee has produced a number of publications including Antibody-independent microfiltration biochip for the diagnosis of lung cancer and Antibody Independent microfluidic cell capture of circulating tumor cells for the diagnosis of cancer.
